MUMBAI — Turtlemint Fintech Solutions has named seasoned HR strategist Monica Anshul Mishra as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing the company’s executive bench as it accelerates nationwide expansion across its digital distribution platforms.
The appointment, approved by the company’s Board and formally categorized under Senior Management Personnel (SMP), aims to elevate Turtlemint’s human-capital architecture, talent governance, and organizational culture. Mishra steps into the leadership role as the insurtech firm scales its network of more than 690,000 digital advisors and broadens its financial product portfolio.
Over Two Decades of Cross-Sector HR Expertise
Mishra brings more than 22 years of human resources leadership across fintech, commercial banking, healthcare, retail, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Before joining Turtlemint, she served as CHRO at consumer lending platform Fibe (formerly EarlySalary), where she spearheaded cultural transformation, workforce planning, and performance management systems. Her track record also includes a near-decade-long tenure at YES BANK as Group Executive Vice President of Human Capital Management, leading large-scale institutional HR programs. Earlier in her career, she held key personnel roles at Reliance Retail, Catwalk Worldwide, and Piramal Pharma, alongside establishing hrforstartup, a venture advisory focused on foundational talent practices.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Vikram University, complemented by advanced post-graduate credentials in human resource management.
