FINDI’s new Group CHRO Randeep Singh appointed to lead HR amid IPO plans

FINDI Appoints Randeep Singh as Group CHRO Amid IPO Ambitions and Organisational Scale-Up

FINDI, a rising fintech and financial infrastructure powerhouse in India, has appointed Randeep Singh as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The strategic leadership addition comes at a crucial inflection point as the company strengthens its institutional backbone and prepares for its much-anticipated Indian IPO.

Randeep, a globally seasoned HR leader, brings over 23 years of people leadership experience across India, the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. With an extensive portfolio across companies like PwC, Macquarie, Essar, and Reliance Retail, he is known for driving agile and scalable HR transformations.

His entrepreneurial stint as co-founder of HONO, an HR tech firm operating in 10 countries, further adds depth to his understanding of how people, culture, and digital tools intersect in high-growth environments.

Aligning People and Purpose in a Growth-Centric Era

At FINDI, Randeep will oversee the HR charter across its rapidly expanding business units—FindiATM, TSI (Transaction Solutions International India), FindiBANKIT, and its Unified Banking Centres. With over 1,000 employees across India and a growing footprint in white-label ATMs, merchant payment solutions, and digital banking infrastructure, FINDI’s talent complexity is increasing—and so is the need for forward-looking HR leadership.

“At FINDI, we believe that our people are the foundation of every milestone we aim to achieve,” said Deepak Verma, MD & CEO. “Randeep’s expertise in building scalable people systems and fostering inclusive performance cultures makes him the ideal choice to lead our people strategy as we scale toward the IPO and beyond.”

Future-Ready HR for India’s Fintech Backbone

From HR transformation to cultural stewardship, Randeep’s focus will be on nurturing a high-performance culture rooted in trust, technology, and transparency. His mandate includes strengthening talent pipelines, driving digital-first HR operations, and aligning workforce planning with FINDI’s financial inclusion goals.

“I see FINDI as a rare convergence of people, purpose, and possibility,” shared Randeep Singh. “We are building a people ecosystem that is resilient, digitally empowered, and aligned with our mission of redefining financial access for India.”

Operating out of New Delhi, Randeep will work closely with FINDI’s leadership across all verticals to implement a unified HR vision during a pivotal stage of institutionalisation and brand transformation.
